THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK

A little about ME

  1. 01

I have spent the last 10 years designing products where the problems are rarely simple

Most of my work starts with figuring out where the real friction is, what is making the product harder than it needs to be, and what people are actually struggling with.

  2. 02

From there, I try to make the product easier to move through

That usually means simplifying workflows, reducing unnecessary decisions, and making complicated systems feel clearer without pretending the complexity underneath does not exist.

  3. 03

A lot of that work happens closely with product and engineering

I like working through the logic with the people building the product, understanding the constraints, testing ideas, and staying involved until what we designed becomes something people can actually use.

  4. 04

Over time, that work has led to measurable changes

I have worked across SaaS, fintech, marketplaces, commerce and connected hardware. Along the way, I have helped move product adoption from 15% to 52%, and redesigned a pricing structure that contributed to revenue growing from $500K ARR to $2M ARR.

  5. 05

The way I work keeps changing as the tools change

AI agents are now part of my everyday workflow. I also experiment with newer models like Opus 5.5 and Astra 6 to see where they genuinely help me think, prototype and move faster, without replacing the product thinking behind the work.

What I bring

  • Clear thinking around messy product problems

I help teams make sense of complicated workflows, business rules and edge cases.

  • End-to-end product ownership

I work from problem framing through design, testing, handoff and design quality.

  • Strong product and engineering partnership

I work closely with product and engineering early, not only when the design is ready.

  • Systems thinking

I think beyond screens and consider states, permissions, failures and how decisions affect the wider product.

  • Research that changes the design

I use interviews, usability testing and product behaviour to find where people are actually struggling.

  • Fast prototyping and AI-assisted exploration

I use Figma, Claude Code and Cursor to explore ideas and get to something testable faster.

  • Design systems that support the product

I build systems that help teams move faster without forcing every problem into the same pattern.

  • Attention to implementation

I stay involved through build and design QA because small details can still change the experience.
